Our Shipping Cost & Return Policy
We prepare and dispatch all paid orders within 1 to 2 business days of order/payment received (on regular working days). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
We offer two different delivery methods:
1. Regular Mail:
Packages will be shipped without any tracking id and the package will be delivered to your mail box by the delivery men.
2. Register Mail:
If you opt for Register Service, a signature is required upon delivery. Please keep in mind to follow online tracking events as many delivery men simply do not leave a notification of Attempted Delivery.

This is our Economy Free Shipping service which is slower in delivery speed and does not have an tracking option.

This is our Priority Shipping Service which is quick, has full online tracking option and has insurance coverage for lost or damaged packages.
Cost of Delivery: 1,99 € (Flat Fee)*
- Europe (E.U.): 7- 12 days
- Europe (non E.U.): 7-12 days
- America (USA): 10-14 days
- South America: 20-38 days
* Service is available worldwide excluding the countries which we do not ship to.

OUR NO HASSLE RETURN
Our No Hassle Return Policy. If there is something wrong with your item or you simple do not like it, we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction No-Ask Return Policy to your nearest Return Center. We have our Return Center’s located in Germany, France, England, and USA. Upon arrival of the return package at our Center, we will refund you the full cost.
WHEN DO WE COVER RETURN SHIPPING COST?
If we do ship the wrong product or if the product is faulty, we do cover the shipping cost (regular service / no express) to our nearest Return Center in Europe (France, UK, and Germany). The Return Shipping Cost will be refunded with your total product refund upon arrival and inspecting of condition.
WHEN DO YOU COVER RETURN SHIPPING COST?
If you like to exchange or return the product inside the 14 days “Cooling Off” (EU Law) period because you have a/ ordered a wrong product or b/ you do not like the product, you need to pay the shipping cost to return it back to our Return Center. Only brand new, unboxed items are eligible for return.
If for some reason you do not like the product anymore, we offer an uncomplicated refund policy. Once we receive back the product, we will start to process the refund after inspecting the product conditions. The refund will be issued to the Payment Method (PayPal /bank wire) you have chosen during checkout procedure. By law the return window is 14 days after receipt of product delivered to you. However we may extend the window for you in special cases. In some special cases you may keep the product without any return. The refund is the full amount (shipping cost/product cost) paid at check out.
